Our exchange & returns policy

All Littledeer products are tested for quality before leaving our workshop.

Claims for items damaged in transit must be received within one week of receipt. Submit a photo of the damage and a refund or replacement will be made. On rare occasions, a crack may escape our examination. Submit a photo of the defect, and we will consider replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

If you make a mistake in ordering, we can refund or exchange as appropriate. Call us to arrange any exchange. Toll free: 1-844-UTENSIL (1-844-883-6745).

Most return requests we receive are the result of abnormal use or poor maintenance. Utensils and boards that have been improperly maintained or mistreated will not be exchanged.  

N.B. The dishwasher is too hot and too dry. Most food stains will fade away with use. And dogs love sticks—especially smooth ones with fabulous food smells.

Grandma and Grandpa, who appreciated their wooden kitchen tools, knew how to care for them.  But this knowledge is disappearing with the increased use of synthetic materials that are dishwasher-safe.
